Austin did a fantastic job with our pool and decking! It turned out better than we could have imagined. We chose an 18 x 30 layout, heated/cooled, with a tanning ledge and travertine decking. I was referred to Austin and Sweetgrass Pools by a very reliable source - a friend who was very pleased with the work they had done for her earlier. I had a very big project I needed done that I was having trouble finding help with. I had a giant cement pool (40,000 gallons) I needed demolished and removed. Most companies balked at it and even said it couldn’t really be done. Or they quoted me some outlandish price just to brush me off. I could tell the moment I met Austin I was in great hands. He was warm and personable and extremely professional. I could easily feel his confidence and competence. I’ve always trusted my intuition on these kinds of things and it was clearly telling me he was the right man for the job. He was extremely easy to work with and gave me an unbelievable price. He was very easy to talk to and get in touch with when I needed him. Very quick to respond. And everything he promised they delivered with aplomb. They showed up on time and got it done impeccably way ahead of schedule. I couldn’t believe how fast and how great they did it. No problems whatsoever. They had the tools and the skills to knock out super professionally and extremely fast. I thought it was going to be very loud and invasive and probably cause many problems along the way and take weeks. And be ridiculously expensive. That’s why I had put it off so long. But it all went very quickly and very smoothly. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. They worked straight through without a single hitch and left my yard looking immaculately beautiful. They were all very friendly and pleasant. I almost wish it would have taken a little longer because I really enjoyed their company. They went above and beyond all that I wanted and asked for. This was much more than just removing this pool and grading my yard and putting up a new fence. This was a life changing event for me. To get this ugly monstrosity out of here has been such a relief. I feel like a new man. My house finally feels like a real home after 20 years of living with this albatross. I feel so free now - I couldn’t be happier with all of it. I even look at the work as part of the beauty. It all just went so well that I smile every time I think about it. And I can’t stop looking at my new yard. I love it!! I love a company that’s professional and has their act together, and delivers what they promise. These guys were the absolute best. In every possible way. 5 stars from this extremely happy customer.
